dont worry about the strength difference. once u start competing i believe they divide u into weight divisions (never competed jj, correct me if im wrong) and all those bigger guys that overpower u will do is make ur mad skinny opponent feel like nothing

... not knowing a ton about ADCC and such... how big a deal is it to get invited to this?... what does it mean overall?...

ADCC is THE grappling tourny, IMO. So I think it is a pretty huge deal to get invited.
