I was doing squats a week and a half back and on the second to last rep my form failed. I felt a pull in my left upper back. and ever since it doesn't hurt but I do feel something there like a slight tighning of the muscle just a slight uncomfortable feeling. I'm planning on just resting and riding this one out. any advice?
